「ふくろう」はその言葉のごどく不苦労、苦労を遠ざけるの意味合いが有り、古くから魔除け、厄除けとして強い霊力を持つといわれ、一家の守り神として描かれている作品とよく言われたものです。
しかし。私は、そこに、もう一つ大切なテーマを加えたいと思いこの作品を手がけました。
それは親子というテーマです。親子のフクロウを描く事で、あたたかな家庭、親子の大切さも、作品に愛情も込めて描いた、とても思い入れのある作品となっています。

【作者略歴】
橋谷和樹（はしたに・かずき）
1973年生まれ　岐阜県出身
日本画の掛軸絵付工房にて職人として長く日本画の伝統を学び継承。その後に独立を果たし、2008年、雅号、橋谷和樹として日本画家としてのデビューを果たす。オリジナル作品を手掛け、美術書『富貴』にも掲載される。得意とする図柄、花鳥画、風景画などがある。

However. I worked on this work because I wanted to add another important theme to it.
That is the theme of parent and child. By drawing the owls of parents and children, it is a very memorable work that depicts a warm family, the importance of parents and children, and the love of the work.

Kazuki Hashitani
Born in 1973. Born in Gifu prefecture. Lives in Gifu prefecture.
1992 Learned and inherited the tradition of Japanese painting as a craftsman at the Japanese painting hanging scroll painting studio
2001 Hosted group exhibition PEACE PLACE
In 2008, he made his debut as a Japanese-style painter as Kazuki Hashiya, and worked on original works, which was published in the art book "Fuki". He specializes in patterns, bird-and-flower paintings, landscape paintings, and portraits.
